Store Policies

COVID REGULATIONS-
As per Public Health all persons are required to wear a face mask inside the store at all times. At Lucent Glass safety is our first priority. Please stay home if you are sick, wash your hands often and use hand sanitizer before entering the building.

Art Glass Shipping -

Glass is currently sold & shipped depending upon store availability and the customers order request.

Oceanside Glass and Tile

  • Typically sold by the square foot and cut into 12x12” squares for shipping or sold by sizes available in store.

Wissmach

  • Sold by sizes available in store.

Kokomo

  • Sold by sizes available in store.

Due to that fragile nature of glass, Lucent Glass can not be held accountable for any breakage while in transit after it has left the store. Lucent Glass does take good care when shipping fragile goods and provides adequate packaging for your items to arrive safely!

 

HOW TO ORDER ART GLASS

1. Choose your art glass product codes located under each product 
2. Send your glass product codes, desired amount of each, email and shipping address via the "contact" page located at the bottom of the website. A shipping address is essential for accurate shipping rates to be calculated. If doing a local pick up please ask for local pick up when ordering your art glass. 
3.  A sales associate will return with an invoice to the email you provided.

A $5 boxing fee will apply to online orders containing fragile items due to extra packaging such as glass and fusing molds

  

Returns-

Lucent Glass gladly accepts returns on faulty items only. Lucent Glass can not return goods that have been opened or used unless the items proves faulty. Original receipt (or e-receipt) and packaging needed with the returned item. In the event of a return, the money will be return to the customer in the same payment method taken during original transaction.

Sheet glass that has been cut to a specified size as per customer request is not refundable under any circumstance.

 

Workshops-

All workshop sales are final. As a small business we can't take on the sudden loss of workshop participants. Typically cancelled workshops are given a store credit if workshop is cancelled one week before the workshop start date. Cancellation 6 days or less you are welcome to give your space to a friend. BUT If you are feeling ill, please stay home. We will make the workshop up another time.

 

What are we doing to make our workshops safe for you and your family?

3. Sanitizing wipeable surfaces and tools regularly 
4. Small class sizes capped at 4 people 
5. Shorter business hours
6. providing physical distancing as per Public Health guidelines
