In this one day workshop you will learn the basics to the copper foil method of stained glass art. Create one of many designs and take home your handmade piece at end of class! The participant will choose from one of our designs during the workshop! We are currently offering 5 designs in different styles from modern to traditional stained glass pieces.

The workshop participant will leave with all of the knowledge to complete some stained glass projects on their own. The participant will be able to choose their own colours for their sun catcher design. Those who complete this course will be able to come in for studio time to complete future projects!

Tools and materials included *glass prisms and bevels are an extra cost

What do I bring to class?
-closed lid water bottle and snacks
-close toed shoes (mandatory requirement)
-Safety glasses if you have a pair
-for winter workshops dates: a pair of indoor shoes

There is free street and Wilson street parkade parking on Sundays Downtown Guelph! Please do not park behind the building. This is a private lot for the upstairs tenants.

All workshop sales are final and are ineligible for refunds. Store credit will be given with more than 7 days notice of cancelation from the workshop date. Cancellations made within 7 days workshop date are not refundable or eligible for store credit. In this case the participant is welcome to give their spot to another person. If you find yourself unable to attend we will typically work with the participant on trying to fill their spot with no guarantees that the spot will be filled. This policy is set to protect the studio and the waitlist for this high demand workshop but we understand life happens. Please contact us immediately in the event you are unable to attend so we can assist you in filling your spot.

Please don't be late! Class starts promptly at 11am. If you are more than 10 minutes late you will miss your opportunity to join the workshop. Please notify us immediately if you know you will be late. We do not send out confirmation emails prior to class. So unless you hear otherwise, the workshop is running on the date that you purchased. See you at the studio!

Excellent experience

I thoroughly enjoyed my recent introductory stain glass class with Jessica. She is very skilled at her craft and obviously enjoys sharing her knowledge and enthusiasm for stain glass with others. I had absolutely no knowledge of the process beforehand and was able to leave class with a fully completed project and comfort with taking on a future project on my own.
