Lucent Glass is not responsible for broken glass or damage to glass that occurred during shipping. The customer is assuming risk of having a fragile item shipped to them via postal service. Lucent Glass takes good care in ensuring the package arrives safely by providing adequate packaging. Although Lucent Glass provides adequate packing due to the nature of the product glass can break in the mail. If there is an issue with the order, each situation will be assessed on a case by case basis and the customer is not entitled to a refund. If your glass does break in the mail please let us know so we can work with you on a fair resolution.
