Yes, we do custom and repair stained glass windows! Contact us to start your project. We are eager to help you bring your vision to life in glass. Below are photos of some of our work and our intake forms.

Our Custom Stained Glass Process:

Step 1: Design 
Cost: Design time $12.50 for 10 minutes ($75 /hour)
Details: We will create a digital drawing of the initial design concepts provided by the client. The design fee includes up to two revisions and is separate from the cost of the build. Any additional revisions are charged at our regular rate listed above.

Step 2: Consult, Quote and Build
Payment: Upon acceptance of the design and quote, a 50% deposit is required to begin work.
Details: We invite you to visit our store for an in-depth consultation to finalize details and select colours. Once everything is confirmed, we will provide a final quote for the project. For projects with a pre-tax total of $500 or less, full payment is required upfront.

Our hourly rate starts at $75 per hour. This is for work completed here at our store and does not include installation or travel time.

Step 3: Pick-Up or Delivery
Details: We offer convenient pick-up or delivery options, based on the arrangements made during the consultation. We will ensure your stained glass piece is delivered safely and promptly. Installation services may be offered and are a separate cost to the build. Upon completion, the remaining balance of the payment will be due.

We are committed to providing exceptional service and craftsmanship throughout each step of the process. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please feel free to contact us. As we progress through each step of the project together, please note that all payments made are final. The quote provided will be valid for 60 days. We gladly accept cash, debit, or e-transfer for custom designs. A fee of 3% will apply for credit card payments. We appreciate your understanding!

Jessica is the owner and artist at Lucent Glass. She specializes in leaded and copper foil stained glass windows. Her attention to detail and skilled craftsmanship is unmatched. In addition to the custom work she also takes stained glass window repairs.
