I called Lucent regarding a (well packed) strip guide that broke in the mail. A replacement was immediately shipped without hesitation. It's customer service like this that will forever embed Lucent in my search for various glass tools and product.

Although I haven’t used the Beattie in a project yet I can tell it will be an invaluable tool for me just from the little bit of playing around with it I did.

I bought a Beatie Ultimate Strip Guide and Jess shipped it to Dublin, Ireland for me. Unfortunately it arrived broken in transit. Jess immediately put another in the post for me (which I wasn’t expecting)
