Purchasing a gift card was easy but having to keep the code to apply to online purchase not so nice. Very easy to lose code in which case unable to use. Should be able to just apply on checkout and account has the information.
Also gift cards should be reloadable.
Needed a quick birthday gift for a family member who buys supplies at Lucent Glass. Went on-line and it was quick and easy to get a gift certificate ! Love the link to keep track of the amount still on the card !
