Sunday One Day Crash Course

Level: Absolute beginners
Suitable for mature youth and adults (14+) due to working with sharp and hazardous materials. People under 18 y/o must be accompanied by an adult.

Join us for a one-day workshop where you'll learn the fundamentals of the copper foil method for creating stained glass art. Choose from six unique designs and take home your completed handmade piece at the end of the class! Participants will be introduced to glass cutting techniques and the use of a grinder. You'll then select a color scheme using our pre-cut glass pieces. Once your colors are chosen, you'll foil and solder your design, gaining all the essential skills to craft a stained glass piece. For those interested in cutting all their own glass pieces, we recommend signing up for the Stained Glass 101 or Window Builders course! Finished pieces are approximately 6" in size.

What do I bring to class?
-Closed lid water bottle and snacks
-Close toed shoes (mandatory requirement)
-Safety glasses if you have a pair
-Eye glasses if you require them to see up close
