Saturday morning - Beginner window builders course

Level: Beginner - intermediate
Suitable for ages 18+ due to working with hazardous materials

An in-depth introduction to the copper foil method of stained glass art. In this course you will learn about the tools, supplies and techniques involved in creating a stained glass window. You have the opportunity to design your own pattern with guidance but if you choose but there will be also pre-drawn patterns available. The photos displayed were  created by our past beginners workshop participants!

The patterns will fall within the following dimensions w/ a maximum of 25 pieces:
10" x 10” square
11" x 8” rectangle OR
10” diameter circle

What is included?
All tools and some materials are included in the cost of the course. Glass is an additional cost. We suggest a budget of $75 for glass. 

What do I bring to class?
-closed lid water bottle and snacks
-close toed shoes (mandatory requirement)
-Safety glasses if you have a pair that are more comfortable for you
-for winter workshops dates: a pair of indoor shoes
