Last week was the first time I visited Lucent Glass (I’m from Sudbury, On). I was very impressed with all the staff and how helpful they were. I also loved the idea that they had a table which was available for a small group to work at. Of course the choice of glass was awesome.
From my first conversation to the delivery, Lucent showed that they cared. They kept me informed as to the status of the product I was looking for. They let me know when they were placing their order to restock, when they received the product, assistance in placing the order and when it shipped. Thank you
